NIRAAN Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By applying to or participating in the NIRAAN Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Affiliate Commission
Affiliates earn a 15% commission on eligible orders generated through their assigned NIRAAN affiliate coupon or referral tracking.
Commission is calculated after applicable customer discounts and excludes shipping costs and taxes.
- Customer Discounts
Customers using an affiliate coupon may receive discounts based on the total quantity purchased:
1 piece → 0% discount
2 pieces → 25% discount
3+ pieces → 35% discount
NIRAAN reserves the right to modify promotional offers or discount structures when necessary.
- Eligible Orders
Commission is earned only on legitimate orders successfully placed through the affiliate’s assigned coupon or referral tracking.
Orders that are cancelled, failed, refunded, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid are not eligible for commission.
- Self-Referral
Affiliates may not use their own affiliate coupon or referral link to purchase products for themselves or to generate commission from their own purchases.
Self-referrals or attempts to manipulate the affiliate system may result in cancellation of the commission and termination of the affiliate account.
- Fraud and Abuse
Affiliates must not:
- Create fake orders.
- Encourage fraudulent purchases.
- Manipulate referral tracking.
- Use misleading advertising.
- Misrepresent NIRAAN products, prices, discounts, or offers.
- Use spam or deceptive promotional methods.
- Attempt to generate commissions through unauthorized methods.
NIRAAN reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and withhold or cancel commissions where appropriate.
- Returns and Refunds
Commission associated with cancelled, returned, refunded, or failed orders will not be payable.
If a commission has already been recorded and the related order is subsequently refunded or cancelled, the commission may be reversed or deducted from future payable commissions.
- Affiliate Promotion
Affiliates may promote NIRAAN through social media, websites, messaging platforms, and other legitimate marketing channels.
Affiliates must represent NIRAAN accurately and must not make false or misleading claims about products, prices, discounts, or commissions.
- Affiliate Account
Each affiliate may operate only through their approved affiliate account and assigned coupon.
NIRAAN may suspend or terminate an affiliate account in cases of fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, policy violations, or other activity that may negatively affect NIRAAN.
- Commission Payments
Commissions become eligible for payout after the related orders have been successfully completed and are no longer subject to cancellation or refund.
NIRAAN may establish a minimum payout threshold and payout schedule.
- Changes to the Program
NIRAAN reserves the right to modify commission rates, customer discounts, payout rules, eligibility requirements, or other affiliate program terms when necessary.
Affiliates will be subject to the terms applicable at the time of their participation.
- Acceptance
By submitting an affiliate application and participating in the NIRAAN Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
